RETURN POLICY

Items in original condition can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained within 2 days from the delivery of the item by emailing info@parisianstreetsociety.com.au. The item must be shipped within 5 business days after merchandise was delivered. Parisian Street Society highly recommend shipping the item with tracking number and insurance as Parisian Street Society is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while the item is being returned. Merchandise must be received in the original condition and cannot be used or damaged. Upon receipt of returned goods, Parisian Street Society reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
The shipping charge is not refundable or cannot be credited.

Please note that all of our items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure your purchase arrives safely. The condition of each piece is noted and documented thoroughly before shipping.


SHIPPING

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping is free within Australia via Australia Post. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30.00 for registered post using Australian Postal Service. Insurance is optional.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and fees charged by one’s country, Parisian Street Society will not refund or credit such expenses.
